These two had the most elegant & neutral Houston wedding ever! I loved the classy details and the muted bridesmaids dresses, it was stunning! And their venue was full of ornate detail, from all the exposed brick walls to the light-filled atrium in the bridal suite.
They started off their day getting ready with their wedding parties! The groom & his groomsmen toasted the wedding day with some whiskey and took photos with me outside before the ceremony.
The bride and her bridesmaids stayed in the beautiful bridal suite, which had exposed brick arches and a circular atrium room with a pedestal in the middle for the bride to stand on. It was the perfect feature for her bridesmaid’s first look. Which is a trend that is becoming more popular, and I love to see it! It’s a fun way to get your friend’s true reaction to seeing you in your dress for the first time!
The bride and groom chose not to do a first look, and instead saw each other first the first time at the alter. Their ceremony was so sweet & meaningful, and you could just see the joy in their faces afterwards. They were BEAMING for our couples portraits during golden hour.
We shot on the grounds of the venue, which matched the elegant & neutral theme perfectly. The bride had an off-the-shoulder fitted gown with a long cathedral veil and the groom wore a black tux. It was so classy!
After photos they entered their wedding reception to dance the night away with their friends!! There were toasts, and skits by the groomsmen, and so much dancing! It was a GOOD TIME. They paused to cut their four-tier wedding cake which was decorated with elegant & neutral flowers that went right along with the theme.
I loved this whole day, and am so glad you chose me to be your Houston Wedding Photographer!
